Licence Terms

Offices at Asset House are available at extremely competitive rates and terms. Short term licenses, renewable annually are available.

Service Charge

A service charge is payable reflecting a contribution towards maintenance of the landscaping and car parking spaces, cleaning & maintenance of the toilets, buildings insurance, heating, lighting and water rates. The charge is proportionate to the area of the building being let.

Rates

Individual rooms and suites have been assessed by the valuation department. Occupiers are responsible for paying their own rates. Small Business Rate Relief may apply – you should check with Peterborough City Council business rates team on (01733) 452252 or email business.rates@peterborough.gov.uk
