Short term licenses, renewable annually are available.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Charge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A service charge is payable reflecting a contribution towards maintenance of the landscaping and car parking spaces, cleaning &amp; maintenance of the toilets, buildings insurance, heating, lighting and water rates. The charge is proportionate to the area of the building being let.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Individual rooms and suites have been assessed by the valuation department. Occupiers are responsible for paying their own rates.
